There are also an equestrian centre, golf club, tennis club and a gym within walking distance.Located at the heart of Quinta da Marinha, opposite the Quinta da Marinha golf club and just 600m from the Oitavos Dunas golf club. 900m from a Cashpoint, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant, supermarket, stationery shop and hairdresser's. 6Km from the Guincho beach, perfect for Surf, Windsurf and Kitesurf. 4Km from Cascais town centre and its marina, and 8Km from the Estoril Casino as well as the Estoril Race track. The Sintra village and the "Cabo da Roca" are only a few kilometres away. "
