" In the immediate hinterland of the wonderful Sestri Levante (5 km) nice independent house newly restored in the characteristic Ligurian style, in the city centre of Casarza Ligure in the ancient area of Saint Michael, pedestrian area. All services and shops are at hand in few steps. It is a highly welcoming Holiday House with 1 master bedroom , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds ( for a total of 4 bed places) , a sitting room with a wide living area and an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is also a living area in a terrace with table, chairs and an additional court yard, public parking area for free and always available at 30 meters. The wonderful beaches of Riva Trigoso (3,5km) and Sestri Levante (5 km) can be reached in 5 minutes by car, but also by bus or by bike through the local cycle track (10 minutes max). Moneglia is 10 kilometres far, Le Cinque Terre can be easily joined by train, Santa Margherita Ligure – Portofino - Camogli are 30/35 kilometers far and Genoa is 50 kilometers far. Interesting and nice are the tours in the hinterland: the Val di Vara valley with its medieval jewel of Varese Ligure, or the Val Graveglia with its mining of Gambatesa. For those who love trekking or mountain biking many tours are available with heart breaking sightseeing... Pisa – Lucca – Firenze are 90 minutes max far.
