WEEKLY RATES-THE PRICES REFER TO THE MAIN HOUSE consisting of two bedrooms (2 + 3 beds), two bathrooms and large kitchen/living room besides the swimming pool and all outdoor spaces. - For the two additional suites near the swimming pool the price is 300 € each per week in low/mid season and 350 € each in July. - The price includes utilities, linens (bedding and bathroom) and end-cleaning. - The two-places sofa bed (sb) and the two extra beds in the suites (1 each one) are free to use without linens, which is available upon request for a fee. - The swimming pool is open only during the summer. - In AUGUST the Villa is rented ONLY full-price regardless of the number of rooms used. - Check-in on Saturday from 6,00 to 8,00 p.m. – Check-out on Saturday from 8,00 to 10,00 a.m. - THE VILLA IS RENTED ALWAYS UNDER EXCLUSIVE USEIn the area:
