" The apartment is part of a small complex with swimming pool (open in summer) located on a mountain road between lakes Lugano and Como. It is a new beautiful 70 m² appartment with fully equipped kitchen & shower room, completely furnished, linen included, washing machine & dishwasher, TV, private parking . It has two separated bedrooms, one with double beds and the other with bunk beds, and a living room with sofa bed (1,40x2,00m.).
