" Lutturai Farm House A central part of a large country house located on a hill overlooking Coda Cavallo Cape. Capo Coda Cavallo is one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean. It is a series of suggestive promontories, sheltered bays, picturesque granite cliffs, and white beaches. This sea, which is of great biological, geo-morphological and conservational interest, includes the protected marine area of Tavolara-Punta Coda Cavallo. The house is located on a hill overlooking the Cape in a strategic position so as to reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia, such as Brandinchi and Lu Impostu (1600-1800 meters), Le Farfalle (3 kilometers), Cala Ghjlgolu and Punta Molara (3 kilometers), Porto Taverna (3 kilometers), Coda Cavallo Beach (5 kilometers), and Puntaldia and La Cinta (4 kilometers). There is boat mooring 3 kilometers away. The ancient group of farm houses was the first the first historical settlement in Capo Coda Cavallo, and it enjoys a beautiful view of the sea. The house (the central part) is 85 sq. meters in size, and was completely restored in keeping with its original structure, but with the addition of all modern comforts; is very cool because of its fortunate position in the hills and the thick walls.The house includes two floors as follows: Ground floor:Living room with American kitchen and a furnished veranda facing the interior hills.One interior room which leads to the two bedrooms, with a single daybed. One double room (blue room) which is facing the sea, but since it is on the ground floor, offers views of the garden only. One bathroom. First floor: Another double room plus a double daybed for children; this is the only room with a sea view. This house shares a garden with our own house; only the part overlooking the veranda is bordered by plants. The washing machine, outdoor hot shower and barbeque are shared with our house. House includes dishwasher, TV, microwave, fans. Possibility to rent boat mooring within 3 kilometers. "

Extra Costs: Utility costs are calculated as follows and registered by the meter: Electricity: 0, 15 euro per kw; Water: 5 euros per cubic meter Gas: 10 euros per week Mandatory final housekeeping: 70 euros Optional Costs: Rental linens: 18 euros per person per week Rental crib or extra bed 30 euros per week Rental boat mooring: 120 euros per week July and August; 100 per week other months Extra housekeeping: 12 euros per hour Note: These services must be requested in advance, prior to arrival. Recommended Addresses The owners are always available for immediate and personal assistance at any time. Means of access :

Access The nearest arrival point by air or sea is Olbia Costa Smeralda. From Olbia take the State Road 125, Orientale Sarda (East), which is the panoramic coastal road, toward Budoni, Siniscola, S. Teodoro. The total length of the journey is approximately 20 kilometers. You pass through four small towns; less than 1 kilometer past the last town of Monte Petrosu, you will see a sign to your right indicating the small village of Lutturai, and you should take the second entrance and follow the road with the street lamps for 100 meters. You will recognize the house by the large oak true in front and by the turquoise shutters. If you telephone ahead for an appointment, the owners will be happy to meet you. The cost of the transfer from Olbia is Euro 35 for up to four people.
