" With an enviable view, the villa looks over the crystal turquoise sea of the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara, renowned tourist destination on the Northeastern Coast of Sardinia. It is on one floor only and built with stone wall and its style fits perfectly with the surrounding maquis. The garden is made up of two areas: the widest is a continuum of the spacious porch overlooking the Bay and has a big table and outdoors parlor. Here you will enjoy barbecuing as well as relaxing in the wide well-tendered yard, always exposed to the sun. A two-person hammock will allow you to enjoy the view of one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, Cala Brandichi. The smaller green area, in the back of the villa, has an outside shower and a private parking space. Inside the villa, tradition and functionality are perfectly combined in one taste: simple materials such as wood and stone, the light colors of the rooms and the dim lights create a picturesque atmosphere. Recently enlarged, the house has two bedrooms (one double room with private bathroom and the other one with bunk beds for 4 people), two bathrooms, a big peninsula kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a big table and satellite TV. The particularly favorable position of the villa allows to quickly reach the most beautiful beaches of the area: Baia Salinedda, Cala Suaraccia, Salina Bamba, Punta Est and Cala Brandinchi above all. "

See the personal website of the owner" Capo Coda Cavallo and San Teodoro are among the most beautiful and known seaside resorts in Sardinia and can count on long stretches of fabulous coasts washed by crystal clear waters. Discover the beaches of Cala Suaraccia - a few minutes’ walk from the villa, Cala Brandinchi - which can be seen from the garden of the villa, Capo Coda Cavallo - 2 kilometers away, Cala Ghirgolu and Lu Impostu - 7 kilometers away, Punta Molara - approximately 9 kilometers away, the famous La Cinta - 10 kilometers away and L'Isuledda - 13 kilometers away. The beaches are mostly public and with white thin sand and shallow waters, ideally suited for children also. For those who play or are about to take up golf, the Golf Club Puntaldia can be found 8 kilometers away, with a 9-hole turf overlooking the beach. San Teodoro is the perfect resort to practice water sports such as kite and wind surfing, snorkeling and diving (the Diving Aquarius is close to the villa). You can enjoy going on boat trips to discover the splendid granite coasts, in particular those of the Tavolara Marine Park - Punta Coda Cavallo, or try trekking on Mount Nieddu, bird watching in San Teodoro or admire the typical small towns of the Sardinian inland and the archeological sites in the area. In San Teodoro, famous for its summer entertainment, you will find numerous discos, like the Pata Pata and the Ambra Night, and the clubs that will liven up your nights, in the center and close to the beaches.
