The studio is structured as follows:
- a living room with a comfortable sofabed (double) and a bed that closes into a cupboard (single). Floor is made of marble. There is a flatscreen TV with DVD player, as well as a HiFi installation with CD player. There is heating and air-conditioning.
- a fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, ... All kitchenware (plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc are new and good quality).
- a balcony accessed from the living room. Shutters are operated electrically. The balcony has a front view on the prestigious Martinez Palace Hotel and a side sea view. It is equipped with a table and two chairs, so one can even take his meals there, enjoying the wonderful weather of the French Riviera. It is not uncommon to take breakfast or lunch outdoors even in the midst of winter.
- an entrance hall with several cupboards to store clothes. In the main cupboard, you will find the hoover and the iron + ironing board.
- a bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a bidet.
- a toilet.
