"Charmante petite maison avec un jardin à 25 minutes de marche du Palais des Festivals. Parfait pour personne seule, couple ou un maximum de 2 couples. Situé dans un quartier paisible, et à 5 minutes d''une épicerie, pressing, banque, boulangerie, etc. J''y ai passé 10 nuits en mai 2011 et n''hésiterait pas à y retourner ou recommander à quiconque. Seul petit bémol: les environs sont très calme et agréables, mais il n''y a pas de «vie de quartier» comme dans le Suquet par exemple; ce qui est un plus ou un moins dépendant de votre point de vue."

"Petite maison charmante et bien située dans rue peu passante mais proche du centre et des plages. Bon quartier. Parking facile dans cette rue. Un jardinet/terrasse agréable permettant de prendre les repas dehors."
