" Ideally situated right in the centre of CANNES, 2 minutes' walk away from sandy beaches and 3 minutes away from the "Palais des Festivals". The apartment is completely refurbished with air conditioning and all the usual hotel comforts. There is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining/lounge area with satellite TV. Weekly & monthly lettings; during congresses we have set rates covering the duration of the congresses. Rates are for 4 people at most. Extra is 50 euros more per person and per week. The occupancy fee amount €105 must be added to the rent (only 1 fee is owed per stay whatever the length of stay). It includes: Sheets and towels on arrival, City Tax, final cleaning, wireless Internet free, water & electricity. "
