The very comfortable flat, with a nice terrace, benefits from a superb view on on the sea. Newly renovated with nice benefits, it is made up: d' a stay avec a sofa bed for 2 persons - a television set à in dish - READER DVD - a Hi-fi chain - of furniture of living room. - d ' a room with 2 beds d ' 1 person. - of a bathroom with tub, toilets and big cupboard-wardrobe, - the kitchenette is new, equipped well: plates ceramics, tiny oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, dinnerware, iron and table to be ironed, vacuum cleaner. - on the terrace: furniture of garden, beach chair. - made available for a bed for infant if required. - domestic possibility at the end of week (40€). - tolerated animal (20€\ sem). " The nearness of the beach, trade, all possible activities in this place of holiday, as well as the equipment of the flat, make a place favoured for vacation without car. Famous station international and jewel of the French riviera by the beauty of the site and the charm of its nice quarters, Cannes is also very renowned for its famous Croisette adorned with its high palms, its luxury hotels and its luxurious boutiques. Numerous and various activities are played there: Nautical sports: Local nautical Centre France Station Veils: program of fixed rates and practice (cruise, nautical ski, windsurfing board, catamaran). Tennis: - tennis club of Cannes with 18 courts. - tennis of the airfield in Cannes-Mandelieu with 5 courts on beaten earth. Golf:- golf of Cannes Mandelieu Old Course: course of 9 and 18 holes. - golf Club of Cannes-Mougins: 18 holes. Horse riding: Equestrian Club and pony-club of Tanneron on the road of Mandelieu.
