The flat is composed by entrance,kitchen, double room, a single room with two single beds and the chance to add another bed. Air-conditioned bed rooms.Bathroom with shower, typicol tuscan floor in”cotto” and ceiling with wooden beans at sight. The apartment has been restored in 2008. Place to park the car in a private court,back coutr with table and chairs. Bathroomand bedroom linen, fully optned kitchen, washing-machine and flat- iron.. Bus stop and cafe 80mt, supermarket at 500 mt, restaurant at 1 km. Tipical tuscan restaurant 4-5 km. The “GATTO ROSSO” is a right place to reach cities as Lucca, Pisa, Vinci, Siena ,Chianti, San Gimignano. Very close to us there are nice place such as Carmignano ,Artimino, Poggio a Caiano with Medici’s Villa. In San Piero a Ponti at the end of june “ the sagra of sheep, where you found sheep-mest cooked in delicius way. Free clay course for all childre. Pet are welcome! "

Très sympathique logement vaste, agréablement décoré et bien équipé pour des vacances. Accueil des plus chaleureux et disponibilité de la propriétaire. Environnement calme, même si ce n'est pas la plus jolie banlieue de Florence, par contre un petite terrasse sur l'arrière donne sur un grand jardin commun et doit être bien agréable en saison. Et puis il y a la proximité de Florence, le centre historique est à moins de 10km, aisé d'accès en voiture comme en bus (arrêt à proximité). Un gros plus le parking dans une cour fermée. Un petit supermarché et un restaurant bon et bon marché, fréquenté par les habitants sont tous proches. Nous avons passé une formidable semaine grâce à ce logement et à Sandra qui nous a secondé en particulier pour les réservations de musées. Nous espérons de tout cœur avoir l'occasion d'y retourner. Idéal pour 4 personnes!
