" The building is located Korinto Vilafortuny (Cambrils) in a fairly new and quiet urbanization called L'scab. The building is 10 years old, located in an area with no parking problems. The apartment is 40m2. sunny, ideal for couples or families 2 / 5 people and fully equipped, including air conditioning with heat pump. It has a small swimming pool and two lifts. The beach is 200 meters away, is usually not too busy because people just come of the complex, also has a promenade that connects Cambrils to Salou (with a bike lane) with bars and restaurants on the beach savor Mediterranean diet. The area is perfect for those seeking something more than burning the sun, and that also can perform water sports. At 400 meters we find supermarkets, a pharmacy and also a bus stop with service every quarter of an hour that takes you to Salou, La Pineda, Cambrils Tarragona or etc ... In Salou encotramos the marina, with great atmosphere, shops and nightlife. And Cambrils fishing village is a quieter area with good restaurants to eat fish and shellfish and a promenade with beautiful views, can also take boat trips. A party who wants to continue enjoying the park has ataccciones: UNIVERSAL PORT AVENTURA in Vilaseca which is about 12min. The Parc Sama at 10km. Monroig direction of the Camp, which is a botanical garden for two centuries. Or visit the castle of Miravet (fortress-monastery) from the time of the Templars whose access has to be across the Ebro river rafting, or the Castle d 'Escornalbou where you can enjoy one of the best panoramic views of the region. "L''appartement correspond exactement à la description faite dans l''annonce. Propre, avec tout l''équipement nécessaire. NOus avons apprécié le calme malgré la voie ferrée et la proximité avec la plage (d''ailleurs moins fréquentée dans les autres et plus sympa)."

"Facile à trouver avec le plan d''accès fourni par le propriétaire. Immeuble au calme (la voie ferrée ne pose pas de problème - pas de bruit la nuit). Appartement propre et agréable, au 2nd étage, avec ascenseur. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation, le balcon avec sa vue magnifique. Agréable piscine à l''extérieur. Facilité pour stationner la voiture dans la rue. Plage de l''Esquirol à 7/8 mn à pied. Plage familiale, non "surchargée". Bar à tapas derrière l''immeuble, pour s''arrêter faire une pause. Centre-ville de Cambrils à 2,5 kms. Propriétaires agréables et acceuillants (Mme parle un peu le français)."
