"La description de la (grande) maison est parfaitement conforme à la réalité, notamment au niveau des distances d''avec les commodités (commerces, plage Arena-Bol,...). La résidence est même encore mieux en vrai, notamment au niveau des volumes (spécialement le rez de chaussée et sa "suite"). La maison est très bien équipée, l''intérieur moderne, la déco sobre et élégante. L''accès à la piscine est sécurisé (portail de la résidence fermé à clé) pour les enfants en bas âge. L''accueil physique sur place est très agréable. Quelques bémols cependant : l''escalier très design, qui court sur 3 niveaux, nécessite un peu d''attention avec des enfants en bas âge. Davantage de "verdure" sur la terrasse égayerait également l''atmosphère. Enfin la chaudière est capricieuse (tendance de la flamme à s''éteindre par temps venteux). Ces quelques points de détail n''ont cependant en rien altéré le très bon séjour que nous avons passé dans cette résidence pour notre 3ème escapade hispanique."
