" The studio is a part of an old watermill and you can see some typical parts inside and outside. The flat is completely indipendent, with a olive trees garden of 1500 mq, with tables, chairs, deckcairs, barbecue. You can relax under a big cherry tree or sunbathe on a terrace among olive trees, listening to the sound of a torrent. You are in the middle of the tracks of Monti Pisani..It is a peaceful place,near some important tuscany cities, like Pisa (Km.10),Lucca (Km. 25), Florence (Km. 75), Siena (Km. 95).The owner lives in the same house on the first floor. "

"We had a most warm welcome on arrival. Roberto and Cinzia were always friendly, kind and helpful, perfect hosts. The accommodation is spotless and totally functional in every respect we did need the heater as we had to face a cold spell, and it worked well. In warmer months, it would have been lovely to use the facilities for eating out of doors and to explore the beautiful grounds. Sta Lucia 3 is an absolute haven of peace and being based in Calci made trips in every direction possible - we recommend Roberto''s and Cinzia''s mill without reservation."

"Calci is one of the most beautiful places I ever saw. The flat was very pleasent and confortable. It was so quite, we could hear the nature sorrounding. Cinzia and Roberto were so kind and helpful, being available yet sensitive to our privacy. Our stay was simply, wonderful.We''ll return!"

"Everything was great! Place very beautiful, clean and peaceful. Only noise we heard were the cicadas voices...:) Surroundings, view - amazing! Really, very nice... One thing - if you don't have a car, you should be prepare to long trips to the centre of Calci - but for us it was fun! We recommended that place very much!"

"Studio stylish, very comfortable and functional. Cool on hot days (super). A beautiful garden for guests. Owners very friendly and open. Calci is a small town full of charm. It is a good starting point to the nearby cities of Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, Carrara. Highly recommended."

"That was for us a very successful holiday. The apartment is nice and comfortable. It is located in the house among the olive trees. There is a calm atmosphere around. There, you'll find good conditions for rest. The owners, Roberto and Cinzia, are very nice and can help, if needed. Calci is relatively close to historic cities such as Pisa and Lucca. It is easy to reach from there to the seaside."
