"Superbe appartement avec une terrasse de toit offrant une vue exceptionnelle. Deux grandes salles de bain pour 4 grandes chambres. Très grand salon / séjour, cuisine très pratique. Très confortable, rien ne manque, tout est prévu. Environnement très calme, avec possiblité de se garer devant la maison. Propriétaires très accueillants : le frigo était presque rempli à notre arrivée et les gâteaux de Noêl et autres menues friandises nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Environ 15mn/20mn pour l''accés au centre ville. "

"Une maison superbe, très spacieuse, située dans un quartier calme et agréable à 10/15 mn à pied du centre-ville. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l''écoute des demandes. La grande terrasse sur le toit offre un panorama magnifique sur Cagliari et la mer. On ne peut que recommander."
