Best points about the property:

" The flat, that is about 7/10 minutes away from the “Sinis” protected marine area (www.areamarinasinis.it) (www.sardegnafoto.it), is located on the ground floor at the back of a house and each room is air conditioned. It faces, as shown in the pictures, a private big garden full of trees where you can spend your evenings in a beautiful “open air living room” in contact with nature. This house is located in a strategic position on the west coast in the middle of Sardinia island, with an easy access to any direction in the island. The beautiful nearby beaches of San Giovanni di Sinis are about 7/10 minutes away, with the famous archaeological site of the city of Tharros, from where you can see the promontory of Capo san Marco with its amazing two seas, a real wonderful landscape! Is Arutas and Mari Ermi are famous for their beaches made of snow white quartz grains, which give the sea water the colour of Caribbean seas. The flat is about two minutes away from the big sandy beach of Torregrande, where during the evenings you can enjoy a walk in the endless promenade, bordered with palm trees and cosy bars. There is also the possibility to join organized sightseeing tours in the protected marine area or in the “paradise” of Mal di Ventre island; furthermore the flat gets al the conveniences offered by the village of Cabras and an easy access to the town of Oristano. "

Means of access :

By car From Alghero: Take the SS 131 up to Sassari (32 km.) Then the highway SS 131 up for the release Oristano North. Reach the crossroads of Remedy and follow the signs to Tharros-Torregrande-Cabras. Or from Alghero, follow the coastline through panoramic Bosa, La Marina di Tresnuraghes and Cuglieri, Santa Caterina, Riola, Nurachi and then ramp to Cabras (SS 292). From Cagliari: Take the S.S. 131 for about 95 Km up the ramp to Oristano. Cross St. Right, Oristano until fork Remedy and continue to Torregrande Cabras and in particular the following. Or continue until Km 100 (Oristano North). From Olbia: Take the new highway 131Bis Olbia-Siniscola-Nuoro, then take the ramp to the 131 Abbasanta up the ramp to North Oristano. Continue until Remedy and follow the particular Torregrande and turn to Cabras.
