" Charming, tastefully decorated flat to rent in close proximity to Budapest's centre. Fully-furnished with modern furniture, this third-floor flat of a stylish, turn of the century* three-storey town house (equipped with a lift) is situated in a calm and quiet area. Thanks to its central location you can reach many of Budapest's sights on foot, e.g. Saint Stephen's Basilica, the Parliament building, the Danube Promenade or the Chain Bridge. Take a stroll in the Jewish Quarter with Europe's largest synagogue or on the shopping malls of Andrássy Avenue and Váci street, or visit the famous "ruin pubs" of the seventh district, all just a stone throw's from the house. The flat is conveniently situated with easy access to all underground lines (approx. 5 minutes by foot), which ensures that you can reach all corners of the city (e.g. the Széchenyi Baths are only a 10-minute ride away with Line 1, the world's second oldest metro line). Morning meals are equally simple to procure, there is a bakery next to the entrance of the house, and round the corner you can find a café serving breakfast. "

"L''appartement est très confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très functionnel, tout est presque neuf. Il est très bien situé : à 2 minutes de la basilique St.Etienne et à 5 minutes du Pont des Chaînes. Les proprietaires sont adorables, plein de bons conseils. A notre arrivée, on a eu des petits fours salés et de l''eau. Merci encore une fois à Monika et Maria pour leur gentillesse et pour l''appartement presque parfait. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Si nous reviendrons à Budapest, c''est sûr que nous retournerons chez elles."

The apartment was perfectly located right next to St Stephens Basilica yet was very quiet. The apartment was very well appointed and very clean and neat and we would love to stay there again next time we are in Budapest. Monika and Maria were very helpful before and during our stay and we highly recommend them.

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay in central Budapest, you won't find anything better than this one. The apartment is recently renovated and has two beds, enough for 4 grown ups. There's also a living room with a couch, a table and kitchen appliances. The ap is placed just minutes away from the basilica, so it's close to the city center, the Danube's shores or the Subway stations. There's also paid parking nearby, plenty of resturants, pubs, etc. The host was lovely, spoke English and helped us with all sorts of advices and recommendations, but prior to our arrival and also when we got there. Bottom point, I'll definitely stay here if I'm going to Budapest again and I'd recommend this place to my friends.

"We had a great time in this apartment,it is really nice and clean, with high cealings. Monika and her girlfreind, Maria were very helpful, by sending all the information we could possibly need prior to arriving. It is in an amazing building too, right at the edge of a beauitful square with the St Stephen´s Basilic, very close to the river and easy walking distance of all of the sights. Everything we needed was provided and we felt like staying at this apartment really added to our great experience of budapest."
