Best points about the property:
" Cosy apartment with canal view in a quiet but very central area. The metro station (Comte de Flandres) is literally 10 steps from the front door, and from here it is only 3 stops to Central Station. It's also very conveniently located if you want to go to Heysel, with Brussels Expo and the iconic Atomium. If you need to head to the European institutions, the metro will take you there in 10 minutes. For those who prefer to walk, Grand Place, one of the most beautiful squares in the world, is a pleasant 15-minute stroll away. From there you can easily reach the museum area. The area between the canal and the Grand Place, with Vismet, rue Dansaert and rue de Flandre, is famous for its stylish fashion shops, designer boutiques and edgy art galleries, not to mention the numerous trendy bars and cosy restaurants that cater for all tastes and budgets. The apartment is about 100 sqm and has two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. One bedroom has its own bath, toilet and sink, the other a shower and a sink, with a separate toilet in the entrance hall. Spacious living and dining room, all decorated with care. There is a south oriented terrace, with a table and four chairs for you to enjoy the sun and some nice Belgian beer. Or a cigarette if you are a smoker, because smoking inside is not allowed. The city bike rental station is only a two-minute walk from the house. For the nearest bank and supermarket you'll need an extra three minutes. Check in after 2 PM, check out before 11 AM as a general rule, but depending on other bookings I can be flexible. Just ask me about it. "

"This appartement is just fabulous! It is decorated with so much love and style, even the tiniest details have been taken care of. And what a joy to eat from the colourfull tableware. The beds were very comfortable, and as we were travelling with four people, the two bathrooms were very handy. Moreover the appartement is really within walking distance of all the sights, with lots of nice bars and great restaurants around the corner. It''s a pity we stayed only for a few days, so we could''nt try them all. You won''t find a place that''s easier to get to. It''s on top of a metrostation, only 3 stops away from the central station, but in a very quiet setting. It was great to enjoy the first rays of sun during the first days of spring on the cosy terrace. The owner of the appartment is very welcoming. He took time to answer all our questions and he made us feel as if our best friend was lending us the keys to his great place while he was away for a few days. Defenitely a place to go back to, a real gem that we will recommand to all our friends going to Brussels. :)"

"We have a wonderful experience with the stay at this apartment. During the booking, our host Hans gave almost immediate responses to our emails and answered our queries in details. The apartment is located at a very convenient location with the building entrance only few paces from the elevator of the subway station exit. It is within walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. It is spacious, bright, clean, well maintained and decorated. Hans is an excellent host and he recommended to us several restaurants and places to visit. We had a great time in Brussels. Thank you so much Hans and we will definitely come back next time when we visit Brussels."

"Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: Metro vor der Haustüre, Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar, es ist ruhig, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Appartment ist auch gut geeignet für zwei Paare und es ist geeignet für Kinder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Bel appartement bien équipé et aménagé avec goût. L''appartement est très bien situé, au pied d''une station de métro, pas loin du centre. J''ai vraiment bien aimé la décoration originale. Parfait pour 4 avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. L''accueil a été charmant. Possibilité de s''arranger avec le propriétaire pour l''heure d''arrivée...."
