Villa Corinna is a high level property.with a surface of 230 mq (interiors), a huge living room (5 mts height with a double convertible and air conditioning ) , 3 bedrooms (one with air conditioning0 , 3 bathrooms in Carrara marble, with 3 wonderful terraces: on the first floor a 25 mt. terrace where 10 sq mt. are covered with a great view of the Cote d' Azur where you can enjoy a drink watching the sunset;the 30 mq. terrace close to the kitchen where you can enjoy meals outside (a sunshade cover is provided); the terrace close to the living room (14 mq) is fully covered so you can stay there when it rains and still have a great view.
All terraces are furnished with tables, chairs, etc. The garden has palm trees and rare plants, a hammock, benches where you can sit and view the sea.
The house is really pleasant to live in.
Shops and restaurants are 300 mt away in the old town (very interesting).

Bordighera is an excellent location to visit Cote Azur and "Riviera dei fiori"
The beaches are 800/900 mt away. There is bus stop just in front of the villa .
