" Idéalement situé, dans le centre ville (quartier Saint Pierre) et en plein cœur historique (Unesco) de Bordeaux. Charmant studio rénové dans immeuble en pierre du 19ème siècle. Sa configuration en duplex + mezzanine permet l’accueil de 4 pers sur deux étages (Canapé lit 140x200 au RDC et un canapé lit 140x200 au 1er). La mezzanine peut servir de bagagerie ou peut être aménagée d’un couchage double supplémentaire. A proximité immédiate, vous bénéficiez d’une laverie automatique. Vous êtes à 2mn à pied du cinéma l’Utopia et de deux magnifiques places où vous pouvez vous restaurer à toute heure et 10 mn à pied du grand théâtre de Bordeaux. Studio proche des commerces, distributeur automatique, poste, restaurants, supermarchés, boulangerie etc… Vous êtes également à 5mn des quais aménagés au bord de la Garonne qui vous permettent de magnifiques balades. Dans la rue vous disposez d’un petit square aménagé pour les enfants. Pour les transports : 5mn de deux stations de tramway (1 sur les quais et une autre cours Victor Hugo). Le linge de toilette, couettes et housses sont fournies, le ménage est inclus dans la location. "

"The Apartment was tiny (as advertised) but incredibly well organised for such a small space, you need to be a bit agile to get up to the bed, but it was lovely and clean, a fantastic location right in the heart of the old city and walking distance to everything you would want to see. Easy access to the fantastic trams as well. Loved my stay here."

"My friend and I stayed here for Easter and had a lovely time - the weather wasn't so great and it was really good to have such a nice apartment to come back to when it rained. We had everything we needed and the apartemtn although samll was delightful and seemed bigger being on sperate levels. The area was lively and not far from anything"

"Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der einzige Nachteil durch die zentrale Lage ist nachts manchal etwas laut, aber die Vorteile überwiegen auf jeden Fall."
