"Very modern duplex apartment just as described - clean, well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and a small balcony for eating out on balmy evenings! Extremely quiet despite being on a lively street full of local life. Ten minutes walk into the main streets of Bologna - we loved all the arcades - though more like half an hour to the station on foot. Marco met us at the apartment and was on hand for any questions or help."

"We've stayed in Marco's appartment for 2 weeks. The staying was really very comfortable. The flat was very clean, light (much better than on photos), good atmosfere and very good equipped. Good view from the window on the first floor - red roofs and the hill. If you will stay in deep autumn or winter you should know that the flat's boiller need about 40 min. to make the flat warm. The area very lively in the evening, but in the flat you don't hear the noise, the area is pedonal,internet cafe next building, small markets open till 10p.m, wonderfull pizzeria Guiblo a few steps on the right, trattoria next door on the left. Airport - 15 min. by taxi, piazza magiorre - 15 min. by foot, train station - 20 min by foot. Good access to the most interesting places.I recomend this apartment mostly for pares, company of friends."

"Lovely apartment with steepish steps to sitting room and kitchen. The air conditioning was wonderful. No noise. Local supermarket nearby. Not far to walk from airport bus stop in Ugo Bassi. Easy walking to sites. Frequent buses to railway station or 30 mins walk. Really loved our stay."

"Appartement propre et bien équipé, tranquille et situé dans un quartier très vivant et à courte distance de marche du centre historique et des monuments. Restos, bars (bon café au bar Barazzo juste à côté). Ville sympa ! Accueil en personne par Marisa malgré le retard de notre vol ! Grazie tante !"
