" If you need to be in Bologna either for business of leisure (or both), you should definitely pick The Berries as the place to stay. It is a clean, cozy, very quiet, typical 1920’s Bolognese family house gifted with a great atmosphere and located in a popular and safe, convenient and colorful neighborhood only about 18-19 minutes from Piazza Maggiore, the very heart of Bologna. About 12-13 minutes to the Fiera District, the University, the Opera House, the fashion & gourmet district and all the major spots in town, no more than 20 minutes to the train station, The Berries features a safe (fenced and gated) garden, a perfect space for your children to play and for you to relax and enjoy this friendly rental. As the apartment, it comfortably sleeps a total of seven in two bedrooms upstairs (master bedroom: 1 queen size bed + 2 twins with a pull-out bed in bedroom #2) and one bedroom in a den (2 twin beds). Light filled and roomy, The Berries also features a large, newly remodeled lounge with a comfortable dining space, a brand new kitchen, 2 bathrooms (of which one en-suite with the master bedroom), a nice hallway and a veranda. Free, safe parking can be found in the street. A washing machine and a TV are provided along with a complete set of kitchen tools and all the necessary household items, a phone and internet wi-fi connection included. The furniture is brand new and was selected with the utmost love and zest – all to make your stay as comfortable as at home, or even better. Stores, restaurants, pubs, a typical outdoor Italian food market, public transportation (bus) and a great public swimming pool (heated – open all year) are at walking distance. A perfectly suitable-for-all rental (particularly families with children) with a plus – The Berries’s rates are among the lowest in its range – and we also offer amazing discounts for long stays. "logement tout à fait correct pour 5 personnes - proximité parc et supermarché apprécié - trop loin pour aller à pied au centre ville mais bus à 500 m - cuisine et chambre de séjour un peu petit et un peu sombre- salle de bain/douche ok - 2 grandes chambres à coucher- accès wifi apprécié- après la cohue du centre on retrouve le calme..."
