" This 28 m2 gite in duplex is located at Bois-Guillaume on a slope of the hill overlooking Rouen valley, 2mn drive from the Rouen station and 8 mn from the city centre. It is full equipped for 2 persons. For few days or some weeks this pretty cottage will seduce you by its charm and wonderful view. In the middle of a large landscape garden, it suits for professional or holidays stays. Full refurbished in 2012, the cottage faces southwest; very calm with an open view on Rouen and the seine valley, its gets an agreement with “Clévacances”. It consists of: Downstairs: entrance, kitchen full equipped (extractor hood, vitroceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, radio) opened on the living room (kitchen diner). Upstairs :a room with a double bed (140x190), a chest of drawers, a shower, toilets apart. This gite is also equipped with a washing machine, TV set, DVD, radio, WiFi and electic heater.
