The apartment has been completely renovated and is situated under a cosy roof construction. When you enter the apartment you will find 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and the toilet (separated), and after mounting 4 steps of a tiny stair you have access to the kitchen and the living room. Every room has a TV. There is one parking space (carport) belonging to the apartment. The walking time to the famous ‘Grande Plage’ is only about 3 min. "

" You can visit Biarritz all seasons whenever you like. The climate is very convienent all year long : not too hot in summer time (fresh wind from the ocean) and not too cold in winter time (seldom below 0 C). All seasons long you can discover the region and visit various entertainments. There is an excellent public transport system (by bus) which allows you not to use your car. The access to the transportation office is next to the Office du Tourisme (2 min walk from the apartment). Bus line no. 9 stops in front of the apartment. The water waves of Biarritz are known as THE surf dorado of France. "

Prettige rustige centrale plek, dichtbij strand, winkels en mooie kust. Stokbrood en croissantjes, tree trappen naar beneden. Catalaanse cider aan de overkant bij de groentevrouw.

"Idéalement situé au coeur de ville, tout peut se faire à pied, appartement neuf très bien équipé et insonorisé, tout y est, place de parking couverte certes exigue mais au combien pratique. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir"
