" We have a large Villa situated on a hilltop in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, 20’ drive from Perugia and 10' from Assisi. Two portions of the Villa are for rent (the Attic here described and a Large Apartment-Homelidays n. 53084), other two portions are reserved for the owners. The Attic of the Villa is a 1-bdrm attic apartment with a sofa bed and sleeps 4, the Large Apartment sleeps 10 people in 4 bedrooms. All apartments have splendid views over the rolling green hills of Umbria. The Villa is only a few miles from the leading towns and cities of the region, famous for their artistic heritage. Situated in an olive grove, lovingly tended by the proprietors, the Villa looks out towards Assisi, Spello and Perugia. There is a very nice, large garden with a swimming pool. The swimming pool measure 9m x 5m (deep of water = 1.2 m. everywhere); open in the period may 8th-sept 18th, 2010.
The Attic is approximately 85 sqm and can accommodate 4 persons comfortably. It is composed from a Large Living Room with Fireplace and Kitchen, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom. The house is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, television set, radio. There is a washing machine in common for two portions of the Vacation House for rent. The final cleaning cost 20 Euros. The price doesn't include the supply of the sheets and towels (10 euro/people for the entire period) and the winter heating (on the base of consume). "
" It is recommended the visit of the followings historical centers: Bettona (1 Km), Torgiano (7), Assisi (10), Perugia (15), Spello (15), Todi (25), Gubbio (35), Spoleto (40), Orvieto (40), Bevagna (15), Montefalco (25), Corciano (15). Please consider also the following naturalistic sites: Marmore Falls (90 Km), Trasimeno Lake (30), park of the Sibylline Mountains (50). In every period of the year there are very interesting festival in the area (Umbria Jazz, Perugia at July; Eurochocolate, Perugia at October; Trasimeno Blues, Trasimeno Lake at Dicember-January, ...) "

- Autostrada del Sole (A1) in direction ROMA to the exit "Val di Chiana";
- Main road (raccordo) past Perugia, then turn off at the "Terni-Roma"
sign;
- Superstrada E45 to the exit "Torgiano-Bettona";
- Minor road past Torgiano towards Bettona
- Minor road to Bettona;
- After the yellow signal "Welcome to Bettona", turn right;
- After 400 m turn right in direction Via Cinque Cerri (first turn on the right);
- After 1 km turn left in direction Via ... ;
- After 400 m turn left. The road is in reduction, and you may see a small sign in wood "Casa Morbidelli".
From the south of Italy (Rome,...) the way is:
