"I truly recomend it. The perfect place to visit Berlin, for those people who prefer the privacy of a house to a hotel. Busy on the outside (shops, cafes, supermarket...) and extremely quiet in the inside, beautiful sunlight and decor."

"Het was een ruim appartement. Geheel volgens beschrijving. Op korte loopafstand (ca.500 mtr) van de bus richting Bahnhof Zoo, en iets verder lopen naar de U-Bahn halte. In de buurt liggen diverse goedkope eettentjes, en supermarkten. Waaronder een supermarkt die tot 24.00 uur open is. Appartement ligt op de 4e verdieping dus je moet wel 80 treden op tot boven. Huisraad is in orde, maar niet het modernste qua stijl. Kortom een leuke uitvalsbasis voor een weekje Berlijn. Aanrader : de Berlin welcome card. Hiermee kun je voor ca 22,00 euro 72 uur onbeperkt met het openbaarvervoer reizen. En je krijgt er op diverse plaatsen nog 25% korting mee op entree prijzen enz. We hebben er beslist geen spijt van dat we hier hebben gelogeerd. Verhuurder is ook ok."

"Accueil très sympathique par un ami de frank qui nous a donné des tas de conseils et nous a même aidé à porter nos bagages. L''appartement est très spacieux et a beaucoup de charme. Equipé comme précisé dans l''annonce. Endroit parfaitement calme, on entend pas un bruit. Plein de restos sympas et magasins d''alimentation dans le quartier. Le metro est à 5 min à pied, on peut très facilement se rendre où on veut. Un séjour plein de bons souvenirs. Et nous y retournerons!!!!"

"Le séjour à Berlin et dans cet appartement s''est très bien passé. L''accueil par Jens est chaleureux et ce dernier fournit de nombreux conseils sur Berlin. L''appartement est géographiquement très bien situé (aéroport Tegel, centre de Berlin) et offre un accès aisé aux transports en commun (bus, métro). L''équipement est standard, l''appartement est propre, très lumineux, calme et la literie excellente. Avant de partir, le propriétaire nous a très gentiment donné de nombreux conseils sur le quartier et les visites à faire dans la ville. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons !!"
