Quiet apartment in trendy area of Berlin prenzl .( WIFI) full equipped

"Very quiet surroundings, easy access by several subway lines and streetcar. Walking distance to everything P-berg has to offer. LIDL and NETTO only minutes away, as well as all-night grocery shops. Close to Mauerpark market. Airy studio apartment with separate kitchen, suitable for a couple. Some little things, like a spare sheet (we stayed for a week) and hand soap would have been appreciated. We arrived late at night and it was no problem. All in all a recommended stay."

"i just love this apartment!!! for start it is in perfect, quite area. i really enjoy my stay. it has everything you need for nice holiday. Near U2 metro, Wi-fi, big comfortable bad, great kitchen, balcony... and what is most important very nice and friendly owner. very quick response and always there for help. if i can, i would give for all this more than 5. i will be back next year fo sure."

"The apartment at Bornholmer stasse is the ideal place for staying shorterm in Berlin. It was clean, quiet, with all the needed facilities, great style in furniture and at a very good neighborhood with a lot of transportation means available. And the most important all the caretakers of the apartment are friendly, smiling and ready to help you anytime during your stay and after it. "D: (see below in English) Tolle, schön große und voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einem frisch renovierten, sehr stilvollen historischen Gebäude. Liegt ganz nah an dem berühmten ehem. Grenzübergang Bornholmer Str. an dem sich im Nov. 1989 zum ersten mal die Mauer/Grenze öffnete. Gedenkstätte sollte man unbedingt anschauen - ca. 800 m zu Fuß. Wohnung sehr ruhig da im hinteren Haus gelegen mit schönem Blick auf den grünen Innenhof. Beschreibung war sehr genau und treffend, wirklich sehr schön - wir waren sehr zufrieden - genau wie wir es uns vorgestellt und erhofft hatten. U- S-Bahn, Bus und Tram sind sehr nah, man kann aber auch vieles zu Fuß erreichen - einige Kneipen und Gaststätten in der Nähe - fast noch zentral und durch U-Bahn nur ca. 10-15 min zur Stadtmitte. Buchung, Bestätigung & Abwicklung lief perfekt und professionell - der Vermieter spricht sehr gut Englisch - überhaupt kein Problem daß er kein Deutsch spricht. Antworten per mail kamen sehr schnell, meist innerhal von 1 Tag. Sehr nett & hilfsbereit - einfach perfekt, so wie man es sich wünscht. (1st to open for DDR citicens in Nov 1989). No noise at all - very silent due to location at the inner block of the building complex. Pictures & description match perfectly with the description. Close to public transportation (S- U-Bahn, Bus, Metro-Tram, ), even rather central to restaurants etc. Booking organized very well & professionally, quick response on any question via email. "Un appartement très mignon, bel immeuble calme, équipement irréprochable, un vrai confort, on se sent chez soi très facilement. Pour découvrir Berlin, le quartier de Prenzlauerberg est particulièrement agréable à vivre et très bien situé (métro, commerces, restaurants, rien ne manque). Nous vous conseillons vivement cet appartement, sans parler d''un accueil chaleureux. Bref excellent séjour dans cette location, nous reviendrons dès que possible!"
