In front of the Kulturbrauerei between the Kastanienallee shopping street that descends directly to the Mitte district, and Oderbergerstraße, overlooking the Mauerpark and the famous Bernauer Straße, where the wall was built. To easily reach all your tours, metro station Eberswalder Straße and tram stops are just 200 meters from the building. Charming district of Berlin with its delicious tea rooms and its lovely stores. In the heart of Berlin, located a few steps away from the charming Kollwitzplatz (Bio Market), Arkonaplatz (flee market) and the Mauerpark (top fleemarket and festivities). "Appartement très agréable, spacieux, clair, décoré avec goût, les pièces sont bien réparties, mobilier "DDR" à la clé pour revivre le Berlin-Est de l''époque, mais avec une touche contemporaine. Métro à deux pas, quartier vivant et plein de charme, cafés et boutiques, supermarché en face (dans l''enceinte d''une belle ancienne brasserie) ouvert de 8h00 à 24 heures (ça compte toujours!)... Si il n''y avait pas tant de choses à visiter et découvrir dans cette ville, c''est avec grand plaisir que nous prendrions racine en ce lieu, au coeur du Prenzlauer Berg!! Conclusion: nous voulons revenir! :-))"

"Casa molto bella, ancora di più che nelle foto, pulita e corrisponde perfettametne alla descrizione dell''annuncio. Meglio portarsi delle mascherine per la luce (tipo quelle che si usano in aereo) perchè non ci sono ne tende ne tapparelle e la mattina la casa è inondata dal sole. Bellissima zona piena di ristoranti e locali, con metro (Sbahn)vicinissimo."
