Best points about the property:

" This modern top-floor flat with parquet flooring is on the 6th floor. The main reception rooms face South and with the large area of window space and door to the balcony provide optimal light conditions. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed has an en-suite bathroom, faces the courtyard and is particularly quiet. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. The balcony situated in front of the sitting room offers a splendid view of the River Spree 30 metres away with its excursion boats, the Berlin cathedral and the Museum’s island. The apartment offers satellite television. The view from the balcony reaches as far as the Potsdamer Platz where the illuminated dome of the Sony Centre which changes its colour can be observed. In the enclosed courtyard to the building is a playground for children. Should you require towels and bedding please add € 20.00 for the period of your stay. Internet access can be used for 10 EUR (optional). One-time fee for final cleaning is € 30.00. The apartment is described and recommended by the newest edition of the Italian travel magazine "DOVE" of the Corriere della Sera, March 2011, p. 172. "

" This holiday flat 'Museumsinsel' is situated in the pulsating centre of Berlin-Mitte. All places of interest in the suburb Mitte are easily reached on foot from this flat: the Museumsinsel with the Berlin Dome, the Lustgarten (pleasure garden) and their world-famous museums, the Hackesche Market, the Hackesche Höfe (courtyards), the Scheunenviertel, Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden, Brandenburger Tor, Friedrichstrasse with its most exclusive shops, Gendarmenmarkt, Oranienburger Strasse, Monbijoux Park, and the Humboldt University You can safely do without a motor car. Even the attractions that are outside Berlin such as the Wannsee or Potsdam can be easily reached by using Public Transport. There are S.- and U.-Bahn stations as well as tram and bus stops in the near vicinity. Culturally and musically the Museumsinsel with its museums, the State Opera House and the concert hall at the Gendarmenmarkt are to be recommended. In winter many attractive Christmas markets can easily be reached on foot, an infinite variety of gastronomic choices are available at the Hachescher Market and in the Oranienburger Strasse. Here there is a universal selection of pubs and bars for the night owl. "

"Great location for visiting Berlin. Very close to main public transportation and walking distance to many of the city''s main tourist attractions. Clean, modern and spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in a recently constructed building. Mostly Ikea furniture chosen with taste. Fully equiped kitchen and neat bathrooms. Too bad we didn''t get to meet the owners because that''s a nice part of renting flats instead of going to hotels... "

"Apartment clean, spacious, modern and well equipped. Two double bedrooms, large living room, kitchen with dining table, two bathrooms and balconies with large windows which give the whole a great light and city views. The owner was very friendly and the apartment has un excellent location to visit walking a large part of the city centre. Also well connected with metro and train."

"The huge amount of space and practicality of this apartment was fantastic - it's amazing how much mess a few unpacked suitcases can make when you are travelling! A few minutes walk in one direction and you're on Museum island and Berlina Dom and in the other, amid great restaurants and on the train - perfect location. The owners were also most helpful with suggestions to first time visitors to Berlin. Although winter,the atmosphere of the Christmas street markets made up for cold. The restaurants were also great (a surprise). Would love to return."
