Conveniently located footsteps away from Schönlein subway station connecting one of the major subway-lines. Also TV and DVD. This very confortable appartment is in the heart of Berlin's most exciting district, at the crossline of Kreuzberg and Neukölln with its cafés, artistic flair and cosmopolitain ambiance. " The location offers many ot the most interesting aspects of Berlin. First of all, you are just in front of the Landwehr canal and its beautiful willow trees along which you can walk for kilometers even to Potsdamer Platz and beyond if you are a walker. Many parks are in the vicinity: Görlitzer Park, Hasenheide, Treptower Park with its huge russian war memorial. The cafés of the Bergmannstrasse are three subway stations away. Many artists have made Kreuzberg and Neukölln their home which gives the area a very special flair. Be part of it! "

"Very clean apartment, no noise because it is located in the back side of the building with a view to a very nice garden with a big tree. Modern decorated with all the facilities a family needs. The owner was very friendly and helped as to get an internet connection. The apartment is central located and is near to metro station. We will chose the same apartment next time we will visit Berlin."

"Es war eine schöne Wohnung in einem netten und gemütlichen Umgebung. Das Auto kann für die Wohnung abgestellt werden. Die U-Bahn ist gleich um die Ecke zu den verschiedenen Attraktionen, aber es ist auch tolle Atmosphäre im Stadtteil. Der Wirt war ein netter Mensch. Wir haben definitiv anderen empfehlen diese Wohnung für einen Besuch in Berlin."

"Dieses Apartment war für uns (Paar mit zwei Jugendlichen) der ideale Ort, um Berlin zu erleben. Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich und verbindlich und versorgte uns, bei unserer Ankunft gleich mit den relevanten Veranstaltungstipps. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Grüngürtels am Landwehrkanal. In absoluter Nähe befinden sich nette Lokale, Galerien und sämtliche Geschäfte, die man braucht. Durch die Innenhoflage ist das Apartment ruhig und trotzdem hell. Es ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man sich als Gast wünscht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder."

"Séjour très agréable. Appartement propre et confortable. Quartier tranquille, mais avec de nombreux restaurants et cafés. Proximité des sources d'alimentation, boulangerie bio, épicerie bio. Proximité du métro et du bus M29. Comme nous sommes des dinosaures, nous nous sommes cependant rendu compte que dorénavant, pour voyager, il faut avoir un téléphone portable à soi. Sinon on est complètement isolé et personne ne peut plus nous joindre. Heureusement, nous n'avons eu aucun ennui. Nous aurions toutefois apprécié une connexion Internet."
