" The apartment is in the heart of Berlin: Prenzlauer Berg, Kollwitzstrasse - a very pleasant quarter. The apartments's advantage is the 2 rooms which are self-contained. The kitchen is also separated.
The apartment has 75 m2 and is just refurbished, very calm and bright.
There is a computer with internet acces (A-DSL) and TV. The apartment is for up to 4 people, you have 1 huge double water-bed and 1 double sofa-bed. The flat is in the 5th floor (with elevator).
I don't count one child, two children count as one person. For more than one week I give a discount.
For stays over three nights, you won’t be charged for the final cleaning. When not, that will be 35 € additional.
