" Cute apartment in donwtown Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) for up to four people: bright, calm and just refurbished. Alexanderplatz is just two stations with the underground away. It has an open kitchen and a bathroom with a bath tub. There is a huge double water-bed and a double sofa-bed. It is on the 4th floor (with elevator). There is internet (ADSL), computer and TV. Also a washing-machine. I don't count one child, two children count as one person. I give a discount for stays of more than six days. For stays over three nights, you won’t be charged for the final cleaning. When not, that will be 35 € additional. "

" In the quarter you have many good restaurants and cafés. In 300 meter there is the Kulturbrauerei with many all kinds of cultural and gastronomical offers (http://www.kulturbrauerei-berlin.de/kulturbrauerei/20_ENGLISCH/location.php). Nearby in the same street is an underground station (Senefelderplatz); it takes you two stations to reach the center (Alexanderplatz). You can explore the city also by feet from the apartment. There's also a bike rental in just two minutes (5 euros per day). You also have two tramways going downtown, but you also can walk there, it's really not far away. During the week-end, the underground is going the whole night through. The other days you have night busses along the underground lines. "
