" Mitte: Berlin Mitte is the district with the most tourist attractions in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is doubtless the “Brandenburger Tor”. It has been a symbol for Berlin in all times: before Germany’s reunification as well as today. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building. You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight. The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”. This former Jewish quarter is a popular place to go out in Berlin. Nearby you will find the new synagogue, the “Häkische Höfe” squares as well as the culture center “Tacheles”. The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with grave sights of the writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm . "Wir waren zu Ostern in Berlin und haben uns in der Wohnung ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist hervorragend (U-Bahn Spittelmarkt ganz in der Nähe), es ist total ruhig und ins Grüne, man konnte sich in der Wohnung richtig entspannen, wichtig als Ausgleich fürs anstrengende Herumlaufen.In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht.Besonders geeignet für Familien mit Halbwüchsigen, da jedes der 2 Zimmer für sich ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer mit TV und Balkon ist.Für Hundebesitzer ideal, da sehr gute Auslaufmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe.Hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin Frau H., die unproblematisch auf Sonder(termin)wünsche eingeht, eine große Hundefreundin ist und in sehr sympathischer Weise am Wohlergehen des Gastes Anteil nimmt (z.B. besondere Sightseeing-Ratschläge) Danke für alles!"

"Point positifs : les propriétaires sont très agréables et l''appartement est très bien situé. Points négatifs : des appareils électroménagers (lave linge, lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux) qui ne fonctionnent pas ou sont anciens (frigo, plaque)"

"Appartamento molto carino, attrezzato e ben posizionato. Si trova vicino alla stazione della metropolitana spittelmarkt e la zona è veramente centrale. Nell'appartamento ci sono tutte le comodità di cui si ha bisogno. Se dovete trascorrere qualche giorno a Berlino ve lo consiglio. Il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile."

"Piso estupendo en el centro de Berlín, en la Isla de los Museos; muy cerca de todo, a un paso de Alexanderplatz, de Gendarmenmarkt, del Pergamo. Hemos pasado 10 días muy a gusto cuatro personas, ya que cuenta con todas las comodidades: ascensor, camas confortables de 90cm con edredones de plumas, calefacción central con radiadores a los que se les puede regular la temperatura, agua caliente a raudales, sillones para descansar todos, cocina pequeñita pero bien equipada ya que cuenta con todo lo necesario (incluso con lavavajillas), armarios suficientes para guardar la ropa… Las habitaciones dan a un patio interior ajardinado y silencioso, por lo que se duerme sin ningún ruido. En este patio están los diferentes contenedores para tirar la basura, la puerta para acceder a ellos se abre con la llave del portal. Hay un supermercado muy cerquita, en la esquina opuesta al Novotel y la parada del metro también está a cuatro pasos, U2 – Spittelmarkt, justo detrás del Novotel. Cuando llegamos el señor Hosemann nos estaba esperando y nos explicó, en inglés, todo lo relacionado con el piso. Nos lo encontramos limpio y acogedor. Es nuestro segundo viaje a Berlín (estuvimos ya en el 2006); estamos seguros que volveremos en un par de años y sin dudarlo, volveremos también a este piso. "

"Piso muy bien situado, muy centrico y tranquilo. El barrio es muy tranquilo, apenas se ollen ruidos.En 5 min. andando estas en la isla de los museos, asi que esta muy centrico.El piso esta muy limpio y es bastante acogedor. La propietaria es agradable y nos trato muy bien. Cerca del piso hay una parada de metro y tambien hay un supermercado,lo cal nos vino muy bien. No olvidaremos nuestro viaje a Berlin. TSCHUsssssss"
