" It is a special house which has three bedrooms on the ground floor with it's kitchen , dinning room, sitting room and varendha at the front and at the rear and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has it's own bathroom with bath tub and the first floor is the same as the ground floor area and also in the artic it has a bedroom, kitchen, dinning room , sitting room overlooking the mountains and a shower room complete with toilet and wash basin . We have a wide range of prices depending on the amount of people, the minimum price quoted for is 700.00 euro per week is for 6 people. In the garden it has deck chairs and also on the varendha you have tables and chairs if you wish to have dinner on the outside. Barbecue grill is provided and is located in the garden. It also has an outside kitchen in case you need to clean fish. It has it's own parking area and a automatic gate which is controlled by remotes and closes automatic so it is safe for children. Property is well protected with a camera system and also safe deposit box and the owner stays at the property close by for special services and information required by the guest. Water is well supplied with water tanks and a pump system. Emergency lights are also placed at the property (exterior)and also in the interior of the house. "

" There is a local market every wednesday on the beach at beau vallon that starts at 17:00 hrs till 22:00 hrs and also one in victoria every friday that starts at 12:00 till 22:00hrs which attracts a lot of tourists and locals. This is an attraction for the tourists as local food and alot of local drinks and artists display items to sell. Also in the week-ends there are locals who cook food at the beach area and it is enjoyed by tourists. "

"Traumurlaub in Traumkulisse! Das Apartment ist eine sehr gute Wahl! Zu unschlagbaren Preisen bekommt man ein sehr sauberes Appartement welches mit allem ausgestattet ist was man benötigt! Und die Vermieter Viraf und Pierre sind sehr herzlich, immer zur Stelle wenn man etwas benötigt und man fühlt sich hier herzlich Willkommen! Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist zu Fuß in weniger als 5 min am Strand und auch gleich an einer Bushaltestelle Beau Vallon ist ein Super Ausgangspunkt die Insel zu erkunden! Dear Viraf, Dear Pierre and Family Thank you sooo much for this lovely stay in your apartement! We enjoyed every single moment in your house and you made us feel like being at home! We recommend it to everyone! Hope to see you all soon"

"Tout d''abord, je tiens à préciser que je ne suis pas ami avec le propriétaire de la location et que je ne connaissais pas l''existence de Homelidays avant cette première expérience. Ce préambule étant dit, la location était conforme en tout point à l''annonce. Par ailleurs, propreté impeccable, environnement sympa car au milieu de maisons, pour certaines habitées par des seychellois (quartier pas uniquement pour touristes), vue sympa, bruit OK à l''exception des chiens du quartier qui peuvent aboyer toute la nuit (prévoir boules Quies si sensibilité particulière sur ce point) sinon pas de route à proximité immédiate donc calme. Viraf Udwadia, le propriétaire, et son équipe, sont absolument charmants, disponibles, efficaces et font tout pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux. A noter qu''il faut ajouter au tarif d''appel de la location le coût assez conséquent de la clim, quasi indispensable pour nos organismes occidentaux (à prévoir dans le budget...). Ma famille et moi même retournerons volontiers dans cette maison à l''occasion d''un prochain séjour aux Seychelles...et pourtant nous sommes assez exigeants sur la qualité des prestations !"
