"We''ve been staying in Picasso apartment for a 11 days in January 2012 with our little daughter 1 year old. The flat has a perfect location in the middle of Gothic quarter – it took 5-10 min by feet to main Barcelona’s sightseeings. Clean, well-equipped and comfortable – it was the best variant to spent our holidays in Barcelona. Special thanks to the owner, who organized all baby facilities in the apartment, and to the contact person (Lucas), who was very friendly and attentive."

"Appartement totalement conforme à l''annonce, très bien situé dans le Born, juste à côté du musée Picasso, à 5min à pied de la station de métro Jaume1 et à 15min de la plage. L''appartement est dans une résidence bien entretenue avec un gardien très accueillant. Nous n''avons pas été dérangé par le bruit, le quartier étant en grande partie piéton. Seul bémol, le canapé-lit peu confortable, mais sinon l''appartement est propre et la clim est vraiment appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et gardons cette adresse pour un prochain voyage à Barcelone."
