"Très bon échange lors de la réservation. Le propriétaire nous a très bien renseigné. La maison était très bien. Le personnel de cuisine, le gestionnaire de la maison et le chauffeur sont adorables et très disponibles. la maison est un petit peu isolée et n a aucune vue sur l''extérieur - sauf d''un coin du salon: mais vue très limitée! Nous avons rencontre quelques problèmes du type: - climatisation qui faisait beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre parentale et donc inutilisable. - pas d eau chaude dans la salle de bain de la chambre des enfants. - Nous avons entendu a plusieurs reprises l appel à la prière de la mosquée et non pas d un temple hindou. ce n''était pas le calme absolu comme l avait précisé le propriétaire. - Les massages proposés dans la villa sont assez décevants a l ''exception du massage balinais traditionnel. - pour finir; le plus décevant a été la réponse du propriétaire lorsque nous l avons informé de tous ces dysfonctionnements . Il était alors beaucoup moins agréable qu''il n avait pu l''être lors de la réservation. A priori, nous ne sommes pas les premiers à avoir signalé ces dysfonctionnements. D autres villas peuvent etre trouvées moins chères à la location ."

Immédiatement après avoir signalé, la climatisation a été remplacé par une nouvelle marque Samsung unité de climatisation qui fonctionne maintenant parfaitement et silencieusement dans la chambre principale. L'eau chaude dépendait d'un échec raccourci qui s'est passé dans la région, et non pas en fonction de nous, ce qui éteint le chauffe-eau. Pour éviter ce problème, nous avons maintenant remplacé les chauffe-eau électriques de chauffe-eau à gaz et maintenant interruption de l'alimentation en eau chaude pour panne électrique ne se reproduira jamais. Sur l'appel à la prière, vous êtes arrivé à Bali pendant la semaine où le mois sacré du Ramadan commence. Il ya normalement n'appelle jamais pour les prières au cours de l'année, la majorité des gens à Bali sont hindous. Toutefois, pendant la période du Ramadan, il peut arriver qu'il pourrait y avoir une certaine assemblée de prière en plein air, car les mosquées sont rares et loin des villages. À Villa La Novellina nous valorisons et respectons les cultures locales, des traditions et des religions, et nous souhaitons à nos clients de faire la même chose. Enfin, les problèmes que vous avez eus ont tous été résolus au cours de votre séjour par notre personnel ou ont été liés à des questions en dehors de notre contrôle direct.
