The property is situated on the very first beachline in luxury community with 4 pools and offers south-west orientation with all day sun! The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards. Numerous decorations, pictures, lamps, mirrors and tables are creating a very homely feeling. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table to seat up to 6 people. Infront of the fireplace you will find 2 comfortable sofas offering perfect pool- and seaviews. From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the private garden infornt, the near community pool and the open sea. From the covered sunny terrace you enjoy beautifuly seaviews. On the terrace is a large gardentable with 4 chairs and several sunloungers. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in walldrobes and en-suite-bathrooms with under floor heating. The master bedroom has direct acces to the covered terrace and offers directly seaviews.
