" Charming historical building in the centre of old and small village, Periasc, 3 Km on the way to Champoluc, the principal resort of Ayas Valley. This Valley is located at the feet of great Monte Rosa Mountains Group with its Glacier and many kilometers of ski pists, linking to other two valleys, the Gressoney Valley and the Alagna Valley. The Monte Rosa Mountains Group is a wide terrain for any kind of mountains climbing activity along all the year. The building is very well positioned, 100 mt. from a very professional cross country skiing pist, 100 mt. from a very nice track in the forest you can walk to Champoluc both in summer and in the winter. 100 mt. from the building there are, bus station for valley circular connection, a gasoline and a food shop, fantastic local meat. Nevertheless, the building is very quite and well protected from any kind of noise and from wind in case of bad weather. "
