"Grande maison calme dans les pins sur la colline d''Avola Antica accessible par une belle route de montagne très fréquentée depuis Avola (5 km). Véhicule indispensable. Grand centre commercial à Avola. Endroit très bien situé pour visiter les villages incontournables de la région (Noto, Raguse, Modica, Palazzolo, Caltagerone et bien sûr Syracuse). Belles plages à Avola sans besoin de faire beaucoup de km. Maison spacieuse, très calme en haut de colline et dominant l''arrière pays. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très disponibles."
