" Of recent construction with new furnishings, the flat will make you spend an unforgettable and relaxing holiday with sea and culture. The big corner bath in the roomy bathroom will pick you up at the very end of the day, and then you will go to sleep in a spacious and air-conditioned bedroom with furniture in ethnic style. The day after you will be ready to go to sandy public or private beaches, nature reserves, small lakes, gorges, cult places, monuments, Baroque, and so on. The strategic position of Avola (with its almonds and its well known all over the world Nero d’Avola wine) and of the apartment located in the very town centre, are fit as perfect landmarks to visit the whole eastern coast, the Sicilian hinterland, etc.: Noto which is the capital of the Baroque and patrimony of UNESCO, Syracuse patrimony of UNESCO too , Modica, Ragusa, Catania, Capo Passero (extreme point of Sicily), Caltagirone, Taormina, etc. If you are lovers of seasides, the wonderful sandy beaches are far from the apartment only about 1,5 kilometres, or you can reach the wonderful and uncontaminated beaches of the nature reserve of Vendicari in only 20 minutes by car. This was recently mentioned among the most wonderful beaches in Italy. In the evening you can go to a pizzeria, bar, restaurant, or, if you prefer, you can have dinner in the kitchen or on the spacious terrace furnished with table, chairs, beach umbrella, barbecue, etc. Besides the apartment is provided with a big garage where you can leave your car. If you come by plane, you have to arrive at the Fontana Rossa airport of Catania, then you can rent a car or catch the bus (Interbus or AST) to Avola and then you have to get off the bus at the bus stop near Avola’s railway station. The flat is 50 m from there. If you come by car you have to follow the signs to go to Syracuse and then to Avola, by driving along the motorway ME-CT-SR.In the area:

Les propriétaires sont super sympas et si vous rencontrez Achille, il saura vous accueillir avec tout son charme sicilien et sa générosité. Il connaît les bonnes adresses (restaurants et pour aller danser). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Surtout n''hésitez pas pour cette location où tout est parfait."
