You will be there in 50 minutes. Unwind in the winter. Find pleasure in the solitude of nature with walks along the beautiful pathways in our park bordering the sea. Enjoy life and relax any time of the year; after all, that’s what vacations are all about. For the same price you will pay for a room in a class B hotel in Athens, you can stay in our air conditioned beach cottage on the sea located by the village of St Theodore. Both alternatives will give you Athens but WE include the sea, privacy and the comforts of home. We offer 95 sq m of fully air-conditioned and heated cottage. Front bedroom with double bed, closet, and two large windows shaded by beautiful pine trees. Back bedroom with oversize bed, built-in closet, and one large window. Third bedroom off the living room with huge windows on three sides with a single bed and a couch that becomes another single bed. This bedroom opens to the great room through double doors therefore becoming an extension to the living space if you prefer. Western-Style, fully furnished Great room with living, dining, and kitchen areas graced by a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace to cheer our winter visitors. Enjoy the garden and a home grilled meal with the large wood burning BBQ and garden furniture for all. You are welcome to pick fresh lemons, grapefruit or olives from our trees when in season. " Our cottage is located at the outskirts of the village of Saint Theodore. Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can do your shopping at the bakery, butcher shop, vegetable stands, banks, pharmacies. The boardwalk is within a 5 minute walk, where you will find many tavernas, coffee shops, playgrounds. NO McDonalds or Ale shops. Sorry! The beach park in front of the cottage, is one of the few beautiful pine tree parks, adorned with a white pebble beach. There are several restaurants and cafreterias, cafes, large playgrounds, and many inexpensive water sports (paddle boats and others). Tennis courts and basketball courts are free. The park is safe and well lit all night. In the summer time it is full of life with families and children staying up late as all typical Greek families do in the summer months. "
