The 60m2 apartment has central heating, satellite TV, a patio terrace, small garden and its own private entrance. The garden is surrounded by woods and meadows and there is a tennis court and play area for children. The apartment has a wooden beamed ceiling and terracotta flooring, is elegantly furnished in rustic style and is equipped down to the smallest detail. It is ideal for short stays or for exhibitors at the Vicenza trade Fair Hiking and mountain-bike trails start from within the grounds of the property. For sailing enthusiasts small boats may be rented from the Vicentine section of the Naval League at nearby Lake Fimon. "
