Coming out from the tollway, take the D35 towards Juan les Pins. Then go towards "Cannes Golfe Juan". At the end of a great descent turn left on the roundabout towards "Route de St. Jean". 700m. after, turn at "Boulevard Pierre Delmas" on the right. Drive 400m and turn on "Traverse de Fontmerle" on the the right and go up to the end of the street up a dead end.
The house you see on the map is at number 322 at the beginning of the dead end but in fact we are located 200m further at 3/4 up a little hill, where you have a pathway with palm trees on your right.You will see a little wooden sign with "Les Ruchottes" written on it. The house is at the end of the pathway in front of a palm tree and olive tree.
