Means of access Antequera lies on the famous EU greenway GR7 from Tarifa->Athens along the Med, 30´north of Malaga, in the exact centre of Andalusia. The lovely Lake District is 25´, Granada 50´, Marbella & Cordoba 60´, Ronda 60´(nr the most unique cave tour & the largest cork forest in Europe);2 hrs to Atlantic coast/Gibraltar;Malaga airport & Med beaches are only 35´ away with all water sports, scuba, fishing, boating, skiing, whale/dolphin safaris into the Med, guided day trips to North Africa. Very good access on foot, by car, train, bus, shuttle. Motorways 5´on good roads; 15% discount on airport hire cars/petrol. Though the internal stairway is easy, the outdoor access to the scenic private roof terrace is rather steep & unsuitable for mobility difficulties.
