"The appartment was nice and clean with modern fixtures and fittings. Location is close to shops and suppermarket. It's about 15-20 mins walk to the lake and 30-40 mins walk to the town centre or alternatively there's a bus stop on the street with frequent cheap buses. Annecy itself is beautiful and an ideal base for exploring the lakeside villages and surrounding mountains."

"Studio très bien aménagé situé près du lac et des commerces. Propriétaire très agréable et prévenante, pour preuve, cela fait la deuxième fois que nous y allons et sûrement pas la dernière..."

"Appartement très calme, bon couchage. Commerces proches. Très adapté à un séjour d''une semaine ou de quelques jours sur place. Petit bémol : l''éclairage d''appoint autour du lit pourrait être un peu mieux adapté, de même : 2 machines à café mais pas de bouilloire électrique (mais les plaques et le micro-onde sont là donc ça compense)."

"Ma meilleure amie et moi-même avons passé un agréable séjour. Le studio est tout à fait conforme aux photos et description. Il est très propre et lumineux. La propriétaire est une femme charmante et très accueillante qui vous donnera d''utiles conseils, tels que les parkings gratuits en ville!Une adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour!"
