" This is such a charming story-telling house. Built in 1825, this three bedroom house is located in one of the nicest and quietest areas of the village and surrounded by extraordinary views. The house combines a traditional look found on its high ceilings and wooden beams with the modernity of a fully refurbished building, giving off a warm feeling of spaciousness and comfortable atmosphere. The house is split into two levels. A large arch divides the ground floor into two areas comprising living room and hallway on one side, and the kitchen and dinning room on the other side. Also on this floor we find a lovely old chimney, a very useful power saving stove and a bathroom with access to a little laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer. The dinning room commutes directly with the back garden, in which you can enjoy the solarium relaxing deck chairs to sunbathe and a great garden table ideal for a nice summer meal. The upper level offers every facility of a modern living space however maintaining a genuine rustic essence found on the original floor tiles. This level counts with two good sized bedrooms available (one of them with a large and convenient walk-in wardrobe), another bathroom and a small lounge, all fed by a central heating system. The exclusive view from both sides of the house include views to "Es Pantaleu", the oldest area of the village, and beautiful mountains covered in pine and almond trees. Tranquility and well-being are the two key concepts that will define your holiday experience. "

"We had a great time in your place. The mix of extraordinary furniture and old mallorquin house met our expactations. The surroundings are very quiet except the neighbours cock who thougt the sun rises at 4:30!! but nobody is perfect! :) The supermarket is nearby and we allways found a place to park in front of the house. All in all we had a great time, thank you Marina for all you help and organisation."

"The property was very clean and all amenities ready to use (even a cradle for our baby that the owner managed to bring to the house). Although we arrived late in the night, the owner accepted to meet for showing the house and giving us the keys. There was always a place in front of the house to park our rented car. The house is just fantastic, much better than the pictures show. And the views are breath-taking. Although the village is small and not so beautiful as others in the island, the surroundings are fine. Very friendly people though. My wife, our baby, my parents and I had an unfogettable holiday in a great place."

"What a blissful, peaceful spot, it felt like a million miles away from the crowded beach towns of Mallorca in July . The view from the house must have been the same for hundreds of years and we could hear a cockerel crowing in the morning and a faint goat bell tinkling at night. The house itself is fabulous, a very beautiful old mallorquin house in typical style. Inside it is very tastefully and comfortably furnished with a big modern kitchen which is great for cooking and a wonderful walled garden to eat breakfast or lunch. We loved the old town of Andratx and found many good restaurants and coffe shops, not to mention the fabulous new CCA modern museum of art a few minutes away. The only amenity we missed was air conditioning as we went at a time when the heat was particularly fierce, but there were plenty of portable fans and we found that if we left windows open at night and then closed them in the morning, the thick old walls of the house were excellent insulation during the day. The longer we were there, the more we fell in love with the place!"
