" Our place has just been renovated. It features design furniture, art and exclusive accesories. We've kept the original construction elements along the whole surface, which adds lots of character. The apartment has one large living-room area with flat television (international channels available), DVD and Playstation, sitting area and entertainment center (DVDs, books,CDs, etc). The built-in kitchen has all devices you can't miss even on vacation: US fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nesspresso coffee machine,etc. The apartment has also one deluxe bathroom with shower. Since we are situated on the 4th floor we have the luxury of a great roof terrace. Our 50 square metres apartment is ideally located at the Overtoom, one of the most known and old avenues of Amsterdam, which runs along the Vondelpark, and straight into the Leidseplein, the "Times Square of Amsterdam". "

"Very nice apartment in good location, we enjoyed our stay very much. Distance to city center isn't too great, few minutes by tram, or 15 mins walking, although we also rented tandem bikes from the bike shop at the beginning of Overtoom st (no. 40 I think), which was great fun! All the other shops are within walking distance from the apartment too, plus Vondelpark is just across the road. Our stay was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the rooms matched all the descriptions in the homelidays ad. Dealing with Ruth was pleasant and I would come back any time."

"The house was perfect, with a fantastic terrace and very comfortable. At the kitchen, everything was working properly and it had everything that we needed. Excellent location, only 10 minutes walking to the center! Near the house we can easily find a supermarket, a bar/snack bar with an excellent coffee and some stores and restaurants. At the end of the street we totally recommend Dionysius, a Creek restaurant with fantastic food and with good prices! Ruth and Kingy were very friendly and they had everything ready for us when we arrive in Amsterdam. We totally recommend this loft and in our next trip to Amsterdam we intend to stay here."

"Die Wohnung ist sowohl verkehrstechnisch als auch mit der direkten Parknähe ideal gelegen, das Schlafzimmer ist wunderbar ruhig und die Dachterasse (bei schönem Wetter...) eine besondere Attraktion. Die Vermieterin war in jeder Situation sofort hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr gerne jedem empfehlen!"
