"There were four people that made up this party. We stayed for a week and had an exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable visit. The farmhouse has everything needed for a great holiday. It is a perfect countryside retreat and we would happily recommend it to anyone." Of particular importance, the farmhouse was spotless on arrival and Fred was exceptionally helpful with suggestions. "hallo wij doen dit meer maals een huis huren maar zo als in born nog nooit meegemaakt daarom wil ik nog eens Frederic en France bedanken voor het vertrouwen in ons voor het gebruik van een week in hun huis als je er tussen uit wilt in de ardennen bestaat er maar een adres voor een vakantie dat perfect is en dat is bij FREDERIC EN FRANCE IN BORN BIJ AMEL wij gaan zeker TERUG"

"Maison très propre et bien équipée (hormis l''absence dommageable d''un lave linge), chambres charmantes, propriétaire très accueillant. Gros bémol, la situation de l''habitation, à proximité immédiate d''une route très passante, empruntée non seulement par des voitures mais aussi de gros camions. Mauvais dormeurs et amoureux du calme ne s''y retrouveront pas."

"Le gîte est magnifiquement décoré et remarquablement équipé. Les propriétaires ont le souci de nous gâter et le font très bien ! Seul tout petit bémol, je m''attendais à un gîte perdu dans la nature alors qu''il se trouve sur "la grande route" du village."
