" The villa has sea views from the top floor and several balconies for fun or shade. There is a large shady and enclosed garden with barbecue. The villa is on the edge of a quiet seaside village within walking distance of a sandy beach and village centre with tavernas and cafes. Other nice beaches and archaeological sites within easy driving distance. Come and experience life in a beautiful, unspoilt Greek village much appreciated by Greek holiday makers but largely untouched by foreign tourism. On the first floor you will find a large 'L'shaped living room with well equipped kitchen adjoining, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a bathroom and separate cloakroom also. All this floor has air-con. Upstairs on the second floor are 2 further air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 beds each, 2 living rooms cooled by ceiling fans, each with a double sofabed for 2 people. There are also cooking facilities on this floor in the open plan living rooms. There are 2 bathrooms on this level. The accommodation is ideally arranged if you are an extended family or indeed a couple of families who wish to holiday together but still have some privacy. "

" The Village: In the village centre you will find a choice of cafes/bars and tavernas, with excellent fish, three of which stay open all year, all within walking distance of the villa. The village also has two bakeries and two general stores. The beach is also within walking distance of the apartment and is sandy and gently sloping - making it very suitable for young children. There is also a children’s playground, 5-a-side football pitch and volleyball court next to the beach. In high season there are 2 beach bars. In summer Amaliapolis is popular with holidaying Greek families. You can experience the 'real' Greece here largely untouched by mass market tourism. Sit in the village square looking out over the sea and watch the world go by… The Area: As well as the village beach there are several good beaches within a 30 minute drive. You can also take a boat trip to the island of Skiathos from the nearby village of Achillion. "
