"A casa é linda, confortável, prática e funcional. Encantadora como as áreas envolventes, a vista é fabulosa, convidativa à tranquilidade e ao relaxamento só interrompidos pelo chilrear dos passarinhos. Se é descanso o que se procura aqui encontra-se certamente. A piscina é fantástica. A casa oferece ainda bastante segurança, os cães e crianças podem andar à vontade pela área envolvente. Facilidade nos acessos, a casa fica muito perto da vila do Alvor, das praias, do Hospital, da farmácia e dos supermercados."
